History of Toos Hospital: Toos Superspecialty Hospital, a private hospital, started operating in 1976 with the aim of providing safe diagnostic and therapeutic services of the highest quality. This hospital has two separate buildings connected to each other by an underground tunnel. The central building is 8 stories high, on a land area of ​​1040 square meters with an approximate infrastructure of 8000 square meters, and building number 2 is 450 square meters high and has an approximate infrastructure of 3300 square meters on 8 floors, with two parking lots with a capacity of 25 cars, located in the center of Tehran. It was put into operation in 2010. The central building has four inpatient departments, including: the first floor is for the gynecology department, NICU and newborns, the second floor is for internal medicine and surgery, and chemotherapy, and the third floor is for general surgery and internal medicine. The fourth floor houses the VIP department and the nutrition unit, environmental and occupational health, medical equipment, and quality improvement. The fifth floor houses the CCU, ICU, nursing office, education and safety unit and ICU resident physician, and the sixth floor houses the prayer room. On the ground floor are the hospital director, library and doctors' room, accounting unit, administrative affairs, human resources unit, call center, laboratory, pathology, pharmacy, emergency room, reception and information. On the floor minus two: radiology and sonography, CT scan, laundry, facilities, linen delivery unit, sewage treatment unit, waste storage unit and oxygen generator unit. On the floor minus one, CSR and operating rooms, delivery block and staff and doctors' dining hall are located. In the new building (Building No. 2), on the fifth floor: the CEO's office and a conference hall with a capacity of 120 people, on the fourth floor there is a conference hall for internal meetings and a neurosurgery clinic, on the third floor there is a physiotherapy unit, on the second floor there is an audiometry, endoscopy and colonoscopy unit, on the first floor there are clinics for pediatrics, gynecology and obstetrics, lung, heart, surgery, orthopedics, internal and digestive diseases, etc. On the ground floor there is a medical records unit and a bank, which is connected to the old building through a corridor on the second floor. Hospital Capacity: Currently, Toos Hospital, with 110 beds approved as a first-class hospital, operates as one of the most reputable specialized and super-specialized medical centers in the country. This hospital was established with the aim of improving the level of specialized and subspecialized care and medical services, with the use of modern equipment and skilled and experienced personnel in a standard and calm environment, to improve the quality of the community's health and provide the best possible models.
